Current doctoral student Dinuke Munasinghe received the was named a recipient of The University of Alabama College of Arts and Sciences Outstanding Master’s Thesis, which is titled “Riparian vegetation response to streamflow alteration due to dam construction in a range of rivers across the United States.” Munasinghe’s paper will represent the College of Arts & Sciences in the UA Graduate College competition for Outstanding Master’s Thesis.
