Master’s student Jordan Cissell recently received an American Geographical Society (AGS) Council Fellowship. Cissell will use the funds to aid in his upcoming dissertation research titled “Mangrove change detection and habitat mapping in Zapata Swamp, Cuba, using remote sensing and local knowledge.” Read more from the AGS website here.
